From time to time I unknowingly eat something with hidden wheat and gluten in it and I suffer for it. Other times I turn up at a friend’s house and see a beautiful spread laid out for me and there’s nothing I can eat and instead of making the host feel awful (even though I’d told them a hundred times what I could and couldn’t eat) and to save face sometimes I just think OK i’ll just eat a little and i’ll be alright or won’t suffer too much. I actually found this recipe on my facebook feed from “Food Art,” which I subscribed to ages ago. I’ve have tried to chase the recipe back to the original person but without joy. However it is a delicious recipe that is really healthy (if you don’t add the sugar) and I changed the normal full fat milk to coconut milk instead so whoever came up with this beauty, thank you very much and to my readers, hope you enjoy it! Sorry about the glasses by the way, we’re saving up for some nice ones. These are the only ones we have! πŸ™‚ Continue reading

Hi guys, sorry this is a day late. I worked a double shift yesterday and got home really late in the evening and then had to help my friend. She has cancer and is going through Chemo at the moment. I thought I would write a post in the Natural Home Remedies Collection that covered general stomach upsets and food and alcohol poisoning as these are common things some of us experience from time to time and especially around Christmas or when dining / going out on the town.
